Compare Copiers

Looking to purchase a copier in San Jose?

Copiers vary based on speed, cost per print, etc which can make one be way cheaper up front and way more expensive in the long run.  For example a copier that is free and 2 cents a page for 10,000 pages per month would be more expensive than a copier that was $80/month and 1 cent per page ($200 vs $180 per month)

When comparing copiers, here are some items to keep in mind.

  • What is the expected life of the copier you are looking at?
  • What is the initial cost of the copiers?
  • What are the per click charges?
  • Are there minimums?
  • Maintenance fees?
  • Does it have the features you need?

Buying a copier is a lot like buying a car.  If you need to drive cross country all the time, maybe a 70’s bug is a bad idea.  If you are just driving downtown, it would probably work fine.

Cost is one important factor, but other things matter too.
