Keep your copier costs low in San Jose

Here are a few tips that will help you save money on your copiers and printers in San Jose.

1. Look at all costs when you buy. Don’t get hung up solely on cost per print or the cost of the machine. Add in all associated costs other than paper and make your decisions on that information.

2. Check out the maintenance records on all your machines. Is one breaking down considerably more than the others? How much is that costing you in maintenance and down time?

3. If you don’t need color then don’t get it. It will be used if it’s available and it will cost you money that you don’t need to spend.

4. If you only need letter/legal don’t get a tabloid capable copier.

5. Let your rep know if you are a large company. Sometimes there are “major account” price differences that he can get you.
