Letter/Legal vs Tabloid Copiers — Did You Know Part 2

How to Stay Trim in a Down Economy

How to Stay Trim in a Down Economy

We are creatures of habit.  Whether it’s the toothpaste we use or the deoderant we purchase or the stores we shop at.  Why?  Basically, we form habits which bring peace and harmony to our lives.  That’s the good side of a habit.  We wear the same cologne because we like the smell.  We’re not necessary arguing it it the cologne we like THE BEST, but it is one we like really well, so we don’t try all the alternatives.  Some habits can grow destructive though.  From the person who starts the habit of having a pint before bed and lets that one pint turn into 9…  We are all aware of friends or family in San Jose who have taken a good thing and let it get twisted into something destructive.

Copiers are the same here in San Jose.  I know, you have to be wondering what the tie in is.  Tabloid capable copiers are awesome, they are versatile and can do any paper size rannging from 8.5 X 11 to 11X17.  These copiers in San Jose usually come with finishing options as well.  They are powerful devices.  The problem is, these copiers are expensive.  It is like buying the best brew in the world and paying $16 a pint, and then opening the brew and not taking a drink.  It’s a waste.  People do the same thing with their copiers in San Jose.  They buy the best copier and then they don’t use all of the copier’s features.  If you are not using tabloid paper (97% of paper sold is letter/legal – so not everyone is using tabloid paper), you need to consider an A4 copier here in San Jose to save your budget during these trying times (Letter legal copiers are generally 1/2 the price of tablod)!
