Know the facts, don’t throw money away in San Jose

If you’ve worked with copier companies for any amount of time you have probably heard of copier lease renewals. I’d like to shed a little light on the subject and possibly save you some money.  We do not recommend using copier lease renewals largely because we feel like it’s just a way that you throw your money down the drain. Here are the facts.

• There’s no such thing as a free sandwich. In other words, the lending institution that financed your first lease isn’t going to “forgive” the loan just because you signed up again. It will just be rolled into your next lease.
• When you buy a quality copier it should last the duration of the lease. If you are renewing because your copier isn’t functioning, why would you want to do business with the same company?
• Oftentimes businesses sign lease renewals as a quick fix and don’t look at all of their options thereby getting into the same, or a worse situation.
