Xerox Wins—Another Award?
As a recipient of the 2015 Enterprise Technology Leadership award from Frost & Sullivan’s Manufacturing Leadership Council, a firm comprised of senior executives in manufacturing, these awards are given to companies and individuals who have achieved breakthroughs in innovation. Considering that Xerox invented the copier, they are a company that was founded on the principles of innovation. In total, Xerox has won more than 350 awards on an international scale. In 2009, the top analysts of the industry praised Xerox in technology publications as a company committed to the development of innovative products. Considering that they receive approximately 20 new patents per week, it is safe to say that is true. Other awards Xerox has won include:
- PCMag.com awarded the Phaser 75000/DN with the Best Printer Award in 2009
- DM Awards honored Xerox DocuShare as the Content Management Product of the Year in 2009
- Macworld Spain Awarded Xerox with the Phaser 6130 with the Best Product Award
Many products and services that Xerox has developed have come from a team that focuses on the engineering side of their operations. The ultimate goal is to reduce the expenses related to design and deliver new technology.
