Your per Click Copy Cost

Evaluating Your Copy Rate with Per Click Cost

San Jose copier and printing companies keep their businesses going by collecting ongoing monthly payments from multiple customers. One of the major errors that customers make when buying a copier is investing in too many pages. The main reason this is done is to protect them from overage charges, but most of the time this is unnecessary, because the price for copier overages has more to do with the cost incurred with every click.

One of our clients, a health care company, had been convinced they were saving money with their previous plan. It turned out that based on the amount of pages they were actually printing, they were being charged more than twice the standard rate. When our San Jose copier company intervened we showed them they were using less than half of the pages they were paying for, and at our rate, they would actually save money in the long run. As a San Jose copier company, we find this to be a common miscalculation. It is important to evaluate your contract by dividing your printing costs by the pages you actually print to find out what your rate is.
