The process is simple and fast. First go to the following web site:

Make sure you address your trade-in within thirty days of purchasing a machine.
Search for your existing machine and the value of the rebate offered. If you can’t find the machine, call the number on the website and inquire about whether or not the company will make you an offer offline—often times they will.

Next fill out a short form which will take you about five minutes.

Then put together your proof of purchase and/or receipts. You can fax or email a scan of these to XEROX. Soon thereafter a pre-paid shipping label will arrive. Follow the enclosed instructions about how to package the machine and mail it to XEROX.

In about six to eight weeks later you should receive a rebate check for your old machine.
